Miley Cyrus Is Bringing Something Major to the Fashion World

According to MTV, Miley Cyrus and Jeremy Scott will be teaming up for the designer's spring/summer 2015 presentation next month at New York Fashion Week. Scott was tight-lipped about exactly what the collaboration will entail, but claimed the collection is built around "cool kids," each with his/her own distinct look, as opposed to the runway model clones that fill most fashion shows.

Do You Have Acne Or Is It Something Else?

If you've got beauty questions, Cosmopolitan.com’s beauty editor, Carly Cardellino has the answers. Email your beauty Q's to ccardellino (at) hearst (dot) com or tweet your questions to @carlycardellino.

Q: I have bumps that look like blemishes on my upper arms, buttocks, and backs of my thighs, but they aren't going away even though I'm applying acne products on them. WTF?

A: Most likely they're not blemishes. What you're probably dealing with is folliculitis, tiny red, inflammed hair follicles that produce pustules that look very similar to a whitehead or pimple, and usually show up on areas where you wouldn't normally get acne, like the backs of your thighs. So, what causes them? "Folliculitis can occur from friction — when your upper arms rub against your clothing, or your legs rub against the fabric of your jeans or shorts, or your tight bathing suit bottoms shift back and forth against your butt and bikini line," Dr. Kate Lowenthal, M.D., a dermatologist in New York City, says. "Your hair follicles can also get infected when you wear workout great (the fabric traps moisture, which mixes with the bacteria that lays naturally on your skin), as can nicking yourself with a razor, which also invites bacteria into the skin easier."

If the description of these annoying bumps sound familiar, to prevent more from forming, Lowenthal suggests showering three times a week using an antibacterial wash, like Dial or Cetaphil, which will help eliminate the bacteria on your body that's causing these unsightly blemish-like bumps. And, if you workout a lot and are prone to folliculitis, she said that it's also a good idea to rinse off right after you work out using one of these washes. That way the bacteria, sweat, and dirt on your skin don't have time to mix together, brew, and infect your hair follicles.

To get rid of any folliculitis you may already have, Lowenthal says to dab on an over-the-counter antibiotic cream or ointment, like Bacitracin or Neosporin, which will help clear away the infection inside the hair follicle.

"If the bumps don't go away after a few weeks, start to deepen in their red color, spread to other areas, or the pustules get larger in size, make sure you make an appointment with your dermatologist, as you might need an prescription-strength oral antibiotic," Lowenthal says.

Here's to having clear body skin when you're half-naked in your bikini!

Serena Williams and Jennifer Lawrence Have Something in Common

Just days after Jennifer Lawrence was named AP's Entertainer of the Year, Serena Williams has picked up the top honor in the sports category. The tennis superstar has been named AP's Female Athlete of the Year for the third time.

This competition wasn't nearly as close in this case, however. Whereas J.Law beat Miley Cyrus by only one vote, Serena had 55 votes to second-place finisher's Brittney Griner's 14. Congrats, Serena!

Whoa, This is Kate Middleton's Actual Voice, Talking About Something

Dear K8 Middy,

We know so much about you, from your European topless sunbathing hobby, to the entire contents of your wardrobe, to the approximate latitude and longitude of your baby bump, to where you're popping out that little Royal Nugget of joy. However, I will admit, until this video came out, I thought Ursula the Sea Witch stole your voice until you got Prince William to give you the kiss of true love, then reneged once you guys got married. What a jerk, that Ursula.

But no! Here you are in all your glory, apparently borrowing a top from Zooey Deschanel, and speaking on behalf of children's hospices in your very posh accent. I'm so, so glad that the Royal Family didn't force you to enter a Faustian bargain that forced you to communicate solely through crude notes scrawled with L'Occitane soaps on Jonathan Adler thank-you cards.

Since you dress like One Of Us Commoners, next time you're in New York, let me take you to Strawberry! Everything there is made of poly-blend and quiet desperation. You'd love it.

I'm glad we had this talk,

Anna

Channing Tatum Wants To Show You Something...

Channing Tatum first caught our eye when he starred as ripped military man Duke in G.I. Joe, Rise of the Cobra. But we were officially hooked when he followed that with his turn as sentimental hottie John Tyree in Dear John. Next up, he’ll play a lovesick husband trying to win over his wife again in The Vow, which comes out tomorrow.

Oh, did we mention he flashes his naked butt onscreen in the movie?

Channing’s wife, Jenna Dewan, who he met while filming Step Up, recently said the cheek-shot is “definitely going to be something people rewind and play” again. Can’t. Freaking. Wait.

Channing is just the latest sexy star to strip down onscreen—Ryan Gosling, Jake Gyllenhaal, Daniel Radcliffe, and Cory Monteith have all done it recently, and a bunch more (Matt Bomer, Alex Pettyfer, and Channing again) will get strip-happy in the upcoming flick, Magic Mike. We’re definitely not complaining about this hot guy trend.

Of course, other dudes have bared all on TV or in the movies as well. Which naked guy scene is your favorite?
