Hawaiian Woman Finally Gets ID With Her 36-Character Name

Janice "Lokelani" Keihanaikukauakahihuliheekahaunaele can finally fit her full name on her driver's license. (Her name is 35 letters plus an okina.)

After a series of ID-related nuisances, including a police officer hassling her during a traffic stop, Keihanaikukauakahihuliheekahaunaele has spurred an increase of characters from 26 to 40 for last names.

Now, she simply needs to make sure that her daughter doesn't marry a New England Patriots tight end, because a hyphenated last name of Keihanaikukauakahihuliheekahaunaele-Hoomanawanui definitely wouldn't fit, even with the new guidelines.

Lady Gaga: 'I Have Finally Found Love'

Lady GaGa and Taylor Kinney, celebrity couples, naked, nude

Lady Gaga has opened up about her relationship with long-time boyfriend Taylor Kinney.

The singer has been dating the Chicago Fire actor since 2011, with the couple having met on the set of her 'You and I' video.

Lady Gaga on Taylor Kinney: "He's my best friend"

She has now told Fashion of their romance: "It has been hard for me to find it, but I have found love. When you meet someone that's not intimidated by the amazing people that are around you [or] by the love that you receive — that's love.

"Men weren't always happy for me. It was very challenging to watch a woman be so successful."

Gaga also addressed her often-eccentric choices in wardrobe.

"Fashion is that thing that saved me from being sad," she said.

The star went on to say: "I've always cared about my costumes and my clothes. When I leave my apartment I like to look pretty for my fans but not [in a] hot sexy girl [way] - I don't care about that. I just want to make you feel something with what I wear.

"I want you to feel happy and enjoy the theatre of my life the way that I do. No matter what happens with my music and wherever I go - that heart of that glamorous girl in New York will never be gone.

"This is who I am and it's never been an act and its never been marketing. This is me all the way to my core and fashion is a big part of my life."

We Must, We Must, We Must Finally Figure Out Our Real Bra Size

My first, completely unnecessary bra was a 32A. Eventually I graduated to a 34B, but Cosmo's resident lingerie expert recently felt me up and informed me that I'm probably a 32C. There have been many Oprahs about this issue: We've had boobs for at least a decade, we wear bras every day of our lives (when we can bear it), but why the F don't any of us seem to know our real bra size? It's really an epidemic; studies say the majority of breast-havers are waltzing around with the wrong bra size.

Enter Jockey, the no-frills brand known for its T-shirt material bras, with a proposed solution: Scrap the old A, B, C bra sizing altogether. Today they unveiled a brand new system, eight years in the making, that focuses on your breast shape—cone boob girls, rejoice!—and a nuanced rubric of 55 different sizes, like 1-30, 9-42, and 7-36, according to The New York Times.

In something of a Warby Parker of Titties model, Jockey wants us to order a $20 plastic cup sizing kit (which they'll refund with a $19.95 rebate, so not sure of the point) from its Website to help us determine our brand new bra size. If they have their way, you'd squish your boobs into various cups, measure your ribcage, then be compelled to buy its $60 Jockey Bra.

"Not only are we changing the fit, we’re changing the whole product," a Jockey exec told the Times.

Sounds like this is the biggest bra breakthrough since the Otto Titzling number in Beaches. But chances are I'll be too lazy to get online and pay $20 for a chicken cutlet sizing kit, measure my breasts, and then go find the right Jockey Bra. For $60. Isn't it hard enough to get girls, and by girls I mean myself, to put on a bra in the first place?

Finally! Help for Women With Fine Hair

When you have fine hair, the lack of volume and texture makes it a pain in the ass to style. And more often than not we keep piling product on top of product in hopes of adding body. But in reality the build-up just weighs your hair down even more. We asked Kevin Mancuso, a NY-based hairstylist and Nexxus creative director, for his insider tips on how to handle fine hair.

If this is your hair type, here are five tips to remember when doing your 'do:

Don't dehydrate it. Just because you have fine hair doesn't mean you need to skimp on conditioner, says Mancuso. "You want the build the right foundation because it will be easier to work with. So, always start with clean, freshly washed and conditioned hair."

Go silicone free. Products that contain silicone weigh the hair down. Period. Instead, choose a shampoo, conditioner, and stylers that are silicone-free to boost volume. Try any of Nexxus's new Hydra Light products launching in January 2013 at drugstores. Within the line, expect to find a shampoo, conditioner, root lifter, and a weightless mousse, all ranging from $10 to $15, that provide 85 percent more fullness and body. Um, score.

Less is more with any styling products. Using too many stylers can also weigh your hair down—even if they are silicone-free. So, try to find a regimen that works for you that consists of two to three products—max. You'll get better results and fuller, bouncier hair.

A root lifter is essential. This kind of product helps give you that roughed-up, teased look without all of the, well, teasing—and damage. A root lifter, like Amplify by Matrix Root Lifter, $15, drugstore.com, helps lift and support your strands, giving you that sexy bed head, two-day hair effect.

Use a protective spray when using hot tools. Fine hair breaks easily because it's thinner than, say, thick hair. So to keep the hair protected against heat damage and breakage, spray on a heat protectant spray, like Oscar Blandi Pronto Dry Styling Heat Protect Spray, $23, sephora.com, before styling.

Will you be incorporating these quick and easy tips into your haircare regimen?

How to Finally Stop Obsessing Over Your Ex

Lindzi Cox was all smiles...right before Ben Flajnik dumped her on The Bachelor.

Courtesy ABC

Both of The Bachelor finalists could have any guy they want—Lindzi Cox is pretty and down-to-Earth, and Courtney Robertson is gorgeous and...well, gorgeous. But Ben Flajnik picked Courtney. And we wouldn’t be surprised if in the next few weeks Lindzi finds herself tempted to reach out to him—especially since there are rumors he's no longer with Courtney.

We can’t really fault her—after all, it’s damn near impossible to just quit a guy cold turkey when things don't work out. But according to Rebecca Gladding, MD, author of You Are Not Your Brain, if you handle that post-breakup period in the right way, you can actually get over the guy quicker, move on sooner, and cut back on the number of tear-streaked-face-first-in-a-pint-of-Ben-and-Jerrys moments.

Gladding explains that regardless of what prompted the end of the relationship, a split leaves women with a huge urge to fill the void left behind. And what’s the easiest way to fill that void? Here’s a hint: it starts with E and ends with X. But like we said, there are ways to avoid that trap and move on with your life. These tips will make it super easy to get back on the right track...and find someone 10 times better than your former boyfriend, what’s his name again?

1. Follow the 30-minute rule. Sure, in the moment you may think that the reason you’re asking if he’s free one Friday night is because you genuinely miss him and want to catch up, but chances are you’re either just a) lonely or b) bored, and are turning to him since he used to always occupy you on date night. “If you stop and dissect this ‘pull’, you can differentiate true desire from temporary, emotionally-charged desire,” Gladding says. So use the 30-minute rule: When the urge to call/text/drop by hits, do something to shift your focus, like going for a run or catching up on your favorite blog. It’s sounds too simple (and kinda unbelievable), but chances are after a half hour of focusing on something else, you’ll be less inclined to call him. “You’ll see that the urge was only fleeting,” says Gladding, “and that you can stay on track if you give yourself the right things to distract yourself with.”

2. Identify your triggers (ahem, Facebook). “Most women have very specific triggers—something that will set them off and make them start thinking about him,” Gladding explains. Take a few minutes to think back and identify the behaviors that cause you to feel like crap over the breakup and get all wallowy—stalking his Facebook wall, listening to a band you both love, going to that restaurant—and then take action. Maybe it means blocking his posts on FB for a while, or temporarily stashing other things that remind you of him in your closet. “When you’ve just broken up, you’re still pretty vulnerable to that emotional tug,” Gladding says. “Getting rid of all those reminders can help get you over the initial hump.”

3. Dial up your chattiest friend. One of the best distractions you can find? Good old-fashioned girl talk. The problem is that talking with a girlfriend often turns into you venting about the guy or rehashing the relationship. “Sure, it’s nice to feel like someone’s in your corner, but it’s just another way to fixate on him. And rarely in those conversations do you actually walk away feeling better about your newly single status,” Gladding says. “You just end up asking yourself how he’s doing, wondering if he has a new girlfriend and so on.” So call up or meet with that friend who could talk to a wall if she had to. You want someone who’s going to steer the conversation and keep it focused on topics like her bitchy coworker, the trip she wants to take, or why she’s most definitely on Team Ramona. It doesn’t matter what, just that you know who’s name does not get mentioned...more than once or twice.

4. Make a list. Brainstorm the top three reasons you’re better off without him than you are with him, whether it’s that he didn’t get along with your mom, he never would have been able to support you, or he didn’t have the same taste in movies. It’s tempting to view your relationship through rose-colored glasses, but it’s important to think realistically about why you’re better of without him. “Once you have a chance to see the bigger picture, you’ll be able to squash those impulses to cling to the guy that’s not right for you just because it’s comfortable...and prevent them from coming back,” Gladding says.

The City finally ends

The City - the sister show of MTV’s The Hills – has finally come to an end, and with not nearly half as much hype as expected. Rumours have been swirling around for a while now, but Whitney Port has come straight out and confirmed the speculation on her website.

"It’s always sad when one major chapter in your life comes to a close, but for me, this is the beginning of an entirely new one", she said. "I loved filming The City. It was just such an adventure and I’m so grateful for every opportunity it gave me. I’m so excited for whatever is next for me. There are definitely a few things in the works, but right now I’m primarily focusing on my clothing line Whitney Eve. After all, it is my baby. I’m just so happy to be back home; I can finally spend unlimited time with those I love."

So, there you go City fans, straight from the fashionista’s mouth. If you missed the finale episode, Whitney comes to blows with Kelly Cutrone after going to hear what a competing PR firm had to say about a potential job.

We love Whitney, but that show was hard to keep up with. Switching best friends every five seconds, Olivia doing nothing except fashionably flouncing around and Roxy…don’t let us get started on Roxy. Maybe it’s a good thing that The City heads to the hills.
