Gwyneth "Goopy" Paltrow is People's Most Beautiful Woman

Congratulations to Gwyneth "I Can Carry Tracy Anderson (The Actual Woman, Not The Workout DVDs) In My Oversized Purse" Paltrow, who has just been honored with the coveted title of People Magazine's World's Most Beautiful Woman. As if she and her BFF Beyoncé need more bragging rights; Bey was People's 2012 winner. This is just getting ridiculous. We get it: You're perfect.

But Gwyneth was surprised when she found out she'd gotten the title via email. "I honestly thought someone was playing a joke on me. Around the house, I'm in jeans and a T-shirt. I don't really wear makeup. If I've gotten fully dressed up, [husband Chris Martin] will be like, 'Oh, wow! You're Gwyneth Paltrow!' Because he's used to seeing me in like baggy shorts and frizzy hair."

Admittedly, since Hollywood is such an ageist industry, it's awesome to see a woman out of her 20s be recognized for the title. But do you guys really think Gwyneth is the world's most beautiful woman? She's gorgeous, but there are just so many actresses and performers to choose from! Here are my personal choices for that particular honor.

Olivia Wilde
Have you ever seen a face more symmetrical?! And her hair is always irritatingly perfect.

Eva Mendes
Forget for just a second that she's dating your boyfriend and admit it: She's absolutely gorgeous.

Amanda Seyfried
Her sort of beauty is that slightly-alien-looking kind most often found on runway models, and maybe it's not necessarily People material. Nevertheless, this one time, I saw her on the street in New York and I almost walked into a pole.

Rihanna
If any Muggle woman went out every night and engaged in various forms of hedonism as often as Rihanna does, our face would look like a leather bag by now. Somehow, she manages to stay as lovely as ever, whether she's in a pixie cut phase or keeping her hair long.

But none of this really matters, since it's the inside that counts, and everything. Yeah, totally. The inside!

New Yoga Pants Hold the Promise of Perfect Gwyneth Paltrow Ass

We may be one step closer to perfect Gwyneth Paltrow asses.

Celeb trainer Tracy Anderson, who, as we exclusively reported, just launched a blow dry salon with business partner and BFF Gwyneth Paltrow, is now debuting a new line of workout pants, and we're pretty sure we need to get a pair of them—like now.

The pants, which come in full-length and capri, are engineered to help you best show off your assets while you break a sweat. Made with Compression Fit, the leggings keep your thighs slim and your butt perky—and they come with a no-muffin-top guarantee to boot. (Another bonus: They hopefully won't be see-through, like that controversial recent batch of Lululemons.)

We expect these fly new Goop-approved yoga pants will only fuel the fire of the recent YogaPantsGate 2013, in which high school parents have argued to ban stretchy pants in schools because they are "too distracting" to male students.

All we know is, we are so down with workout clothes that make us look—and feel—totally hot. After all, what's better motivation than pure, unadulterated, self-confidence?

In Defense of Gwyneth Paltrow, the Most Hated Celebrity According to Star

It was the strangest coincidence: Two days ago I re-subscribed to Gwyneth Paltrow’s ridiculous but simultaneously amusing/endearing goop after realizing the weekly editions were trapped in my old Yahoo account. I was tempted to make fun of myself on Twitter and then didn’t… because I actually have a soft spot for Gwynnie.

No less than 24 hours later, I read the news that Miss Paltrow landed herself at the top of Star’s Most Hated Celebrities poll, beating out Chris Brown, John Mayer, and yes, even Anne Hathaway.

Forget the fact that she keeps her kids on a carb-free diet. Here are five reasons I love Apple's mom, in no particular order:

1. She has a fantastic, sophisticated sense of style. From long black gowns to sophisticated pantsuit, I'd do a wardrobe swap with her any time.

2. She's nice to look at. What can I say? I'm a sucker for high cheekbones and sleek blonde hair.

3. She's no Adele, but the Academy Award-winning actress has decent pipes. I admit, I listened to the Country Strong theme song more than a few times.

4. Three words: Shakespeare in Love. Emma, Sliding Doors, The Talented Mr. Ripley and The Royal Tenenbaums all produced great performances. But there are few sexier—and more romantic—movie scenes than the first steamy sex scene in Shakespeare in Love when Joseph Fiennes (what happened to that hottie??) unravels Gwynnie from her “bondage.”

5. Her BFF is Beyonce. Need I say more?

Breaking! Gwyneth Paltrow and Tracy Anderson to Open a Blow-Dry Bar

Is the blow-dry bar the new celebrity fragrance?

It would seem so. Shortly after Rachel Zoe and business partner Robin Moraetes opened Dream Dry in NYC, we caught wind that Gwyneth Paltrow and Tracy Anderson were headed down that same perfect hair path, teaming up with David Babaii to open up a gorgeous blow dry bar within Tracy's new Brentwood studio.

Not that we're complaining—the more blow dry bars, the better.

"We are so excited to have partnered with David Babaii on the blow dry bar that we'll be offering to members of our flagship studio located in Brentwood, CA," Tracy Anderson tells Cosmopolitan.com. "As our members transform themselves into the women and men they want to be [in the studio], the David Babaii team will design a hairstyle customized for their face shape and lifestyle, as well as a product regime of what to use to keep them looking their best while [they're] on the go."

Prices are yet to be decided for each hairstyle, but we can assure you there will be a ton to choose from between sleek and wave-based blow-drys to more elaborate braids and updos.

So here's the deal: The blow dry bar opens April 4, along with the Tracy Anderson Studio's opening, and right now memberships are limited and filling up. So, if you live in the area and are interested, email info@tracyandersonmethod.com for rates and availabilities.

Will you be checking out this hot new blow dry bar if you're in Cali?
