The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' singer placed ahead of One Direction and Beyoncé in the annual 'Top 20 Celebs Gone Good' list from DoSomething.org.
Swift topped the list for the second year running after donating $100,000 (£60,908) to The Nashville Symphony on her 24th birthday, as well as joining the line-up for the Winter Whites Gala in London last month.
The star took to the stage with Bon Jovi and Prince William for an impromptu performance of 'Livin' On A Prayer' at the event, which took place at Kensington Palace.
One Direction - who volunteered in Ghana as part of Comic Relief 2013 - finished in second place, while Beyoncé took third.
"It's pretty amazing that the top two spots on the list are held by celebrities under age 25," DoSomething's Naomi Hirabayashi said in a statement. "For the first time, 50 percent of the list is age 30 or younger.
"This rising generation is using their money and star power for good."
The late actor Paul Walker (4), Macklemore & Ryan Lewis (5) and Breaking Bad stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul (13) also featured in this year's list.
