Proof the "Orange Is the New Black" Cast Had the Most Fun on the Emmys Red Carpet

Some of the cast and crew of Orange Is the New Black decided to take a party bus to the red carpet:

And had to randomly run out and in of it for some reason?

Lea DeLaria (Big Boo) got everyone fired up:

Adrienne C. Moore (Black Cindy) and Madeline Brewer (Tricia) got photobombed by Nick Sandow (Caputo):

Even the warden, Alysia Reiner (Figueroa) showed no hard feelings towards inmate Yael Stone (Lorna Morello):

And then they got into a revolving mirror:

Lena Dunham bowed down to Danielle Brooks (Taystee):

Natasha Lyonne (Nicky) got caught sexting:

Cast members posed with Piper Kerman, the real-life Piper Chapman:

Laura Prepon (Alex Vause) and Taylor Schilling (Piper Chapman) marveled at how they looked outside of scrubs and sweatshirts:

And the cast got settled in their seats:

And Lyonne spied on Schilling doing a red carpet interview:

Nail Art How-To: Beautiful Black Lace Nails

Nail artist Simcha Whitehill aka Miss Pop created this sexy black lace look for Emerson for one of the brand's runway shows. Now, she shows and tells Cosmo (and you!) exactly how to get this fashion-forward, must-try mani.

1. Prep and paint. File nails into desired shape, then push back cuticles — DO NOT CUT THEM! — and apply basecoat. Then apply two coats of an opaque nude shade, like Orly Pure Porcelain. Allow polish to set for a few minutes before moving onto step two.

2. Create some lace. Dip a nail art striper brush in a metallic black polish, like Deborah Lippmann Hit Me With Your Best Shot, then draw on a fishnet pattern by creating criss-cross diagonal lines. Create a triangle at by your cuticle by drawing lines from the bottom left corner to the top right, and then the bottom right to top left. Continue with lines in this pattern until you've covered the whole nail. Make sure to leave enoug space between each line to add fleurettes.

3. Draw four dots into a four leaf clover shape at each "x." Pour a little bit of the metallic black paint out on a piece of foil. Use the small end of dotter tool to dab four dots where each of the diagonal lines intersect.

4. Complete the lace design. Create a sheer versino of the black metallic polish by mixing a ratio of 3 parts nail polish remover and one part polish in the cap of your remover bottle. Dip your striper brush into the mixture use slightly rounded strokes to draw little "x" shapes within each diamond section. This continues the fishnet effect. Once nails have set, finish with a top coat.

Sexy, right? Now go on and give this sexy mani a go, and then tweet us your DIY design with the hashtag #CosmoManiMonday.

10 Sex Tips From the Black Eyed Peas

Approach your target with a coy, yet sexy bon mot.

1. “Imma be a brother but my name ain’t Lehman / Imma be a bank lending out semen.”

2. “Let me fuck your ear up til my sperm is up in your brain.” It's the verbal equivalent of how a lightning bug flashes its Day-Glo ass to attract a mate! (He/she may look appalled. That is just because his/her facial muscles are failing thanks to his/her sudden state of extreme arousal.)

3. “Mix your milk with my cocoa puff/ Milky, milky cocoa/ Mix your milk with my cocoa puff/ Milky, milky riiiiiiight.”

Explain sex with cereal metaphors like the one above. Like a stop-motion of sunflowers blooming, all of the penises in the room will adjust themselves to point in your direction.

4. "Ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya."
I mean, I just came, typing that.

Be sure to acknowledge his best qualities.

5. "Your ass from the side looks just like a coke bottle."

But make it clear you know you're no slouch, either.

6. "My hump my hump my hump?. My hump my hump my hump, my lovely lady lumps. ?Check it out."

Depending on what lump you are referring to, yes, you should probably get it checked out.

Show him/her that you are aware of devastating current events around the globe.

7. Yes to sex / Yes to sex / No to War / No to war / Fightin' is frightning / Fightin' is frightening / Yes to sex / It's so much more exciting.

8. "I'm liking you rubbin' me / And you liking me rubbin' you."

That one Pea who never talks and looks like a Matrix: Reloaded extra knows how to please a woman.

9. "I ain't trying to rush nothing / Cause I ain't Russian."

It's called "wordplay." Learn it.

10. "Breast and booty combine / Oh yeah, you're hot, girl / Like hot souse (sp)." [Peas-to-English dictionary: Sauce.]

Black Strappy Shoes Are Having a Moment at the Venice Film Festival

Carey Mulligan, Gabrielle Union, and Freida Pinto clearly got the black strappy sandal memo before they attended the Miu Miu Women’s Tales screening during the 2013 Venice International Film Festival in Italy this afternoon. Though each celeb wore a different Miu Miu dress, they each donned a similar pair of strappy stilettos on the red carpet.

Carey went for a classic, open-toe T-strap to pair with her back-to-school, black silk Miu Miu shift.

Gabrielle accessorized her Miu MIu with platfom T-straps.

Meanwhile Freida opted for the Mary Jane style with her poppy-colored Miu Miu.

We know black goes with everything, but what are the odds?!

Evan Rachel Wood's Gucci Black Guilty Shoot

Meet the Beauty Bloggers

Carly Cardellino: I'm the beauty and fashion editor here at Cosmopolitan.com. I'll try just about anything once (I have the crop cut—my hair used to be super-long—and body wave to prove it) and then report back. I'm obsessed with hair products, like volumizers and salt sprays, as well as mascara, nail polish, a good foundation (right now I'm using Tom Ford Beauty Traceless Foundation SPF 15), and blush (it literally changes the way you look in seconds)—hopefully you can see why I'm in this business. I also love picking out head-to-toe outfits for friends whether they're going on a date with their guy or a black-tie wedding—so feel free to click on that "contact" link below and send me a question.

Leah Wyar: Ladies, I’m the DIY beauty guru. My specialties? Spray-tanning and mastering the at-home manicure. I’ve tried dozens of spray-tanning formulas and have mastered the art of the self-tan (don’t worry, I’ll share!). Plus, I paint on the hottest nail trends every week (currently I’m obsessed with the glitter and dark polish trend). Follow me as I branch out and perfect my DIY skills (up next: waxing!).

Marta Topran: I’m obsessed with making my skin as glowy as possible. That means trying out every anti-aging potion out there and never leaving the house without some sort of shimmery highlighter on my cheekbones. I’m also the resident brow and lash addict. Right now, I’m rocking super long lash extensions that I can’t believe I ever lived without.
