10 Ways Your Life Would Be Better if You Were Karl Lagerfeld's Cat

Designer Karl Lagerfeld's 3-year-old Birman kitty cat, Choupette, has a new book coming out next month, chronicling her life as the world's most pampered and fashionable feline (click here to pre-order). The book features numerous photographs of Choupette shot by Lagerfeld himself and heart-stoppingly glamorous details about her jet-set lifestyle. It's enough to make any mere human violently, inconsolably jealous. If only you too could be Karl Lagerfeld's cat. Oh, how glamorous your life would be!

1. You would never go anywhere without one of your two ladies-in-waiting, either Françoise or Marjorie, to see to your every want and document your every deed.
It's not a proper cat nap without an audience to obsessively track your breathing patterns.

2. You would have a bodyguard to protect you from your obsessive fans.
And he would look like this:

3. Your health would be seen to by a "private medical consultant."
Within the comfort and privacy of your own home, of course.

4. You would only fly by private jet.
And always with your custom-made designer trunks by Goyard and Louis Vuitton.

5. Your meals would be prepared from recipes created just for you by the finest Parisian chefs using only the freshest gourmet ingredients.
Although, you would be limited to only tiny amounts of caviar. Private medical consultant's orders.

6. You would eat from silver dishes.
On the table, of course. Never on the floor.

7. You would have over 39,000 followers on Twitter.
And be retweeted by the likes of Vogue and Karlie Kloss.

8. You would spend your winters in Monte Carlo and your summers in Provence.
When you weren't traveling around the world, that is.

9. Your image would grace the pages of high-fashion magazines like Harper's Bazaar and i-D.
You would usually be posing with human models as well, but you would be the real star.

10. There would be an entire Chanel collection inspired by the color of your eyes.
They're not just blue. They're Star Sapphire Blue.

What Better Way to Celebrate National Girlfriends Day Than to Highlight Our Favorite Makeup BFFs?!

With all of the pretty being celebrated on National Girlfriends Day, it made us think about the beauty products that go together like Cher and Dionne or Carrie and Samantha to create the gorgeous looks we wear 24/7. Behold the makeup BFFs.

Going for a red lip? Its no-brainer beauty partner in crime is a black liquid liner. Whether you go for a thick or thin line that's winged or just simply lines your eye, this pairing is a must for date night. Try Nars Lipstick in Fire Down Below, $26, sephora.com and Guerlain Liquid Liner, $37, sephora.com.

Who doesn't love a sultry smoky eye?! When rocking one, we automatically think of its counterpart: the nude lip color. Having a pinky nude on your lips lets your eyes be the focus and get all of the attention. But don't worry, your lips are bound to get some action, too, with a shade like this coating them. Try Dior 3 Couleurs Smoky Eye Palette, $48, nordstrom.com and L'Oréal Colour Riche Lipstick in Fairest Nude, $9, drugstore.com.

It's still summer so you best believe the sunkissed look is still very much a thing. To get that midas touch on your mug, turn to your trusty bronzer and a golden creme eye shadow. The combo will leave you looking glowy and gorgeous—not glistening. Try Too Faced Endless Summer 16+ Hour Long-Wear Bronzer, $30, toofaced.com and Flower Color Play Creme Eyeshadow in Good as Mari-Gold, $8, walmart.com.

Two products we just can't get enough of this season: a mascara that gives us that doe-eyed effect and a cream blush that leaves you looking fresh-faced. Try YSL Volume Effet Faux Cils Baby Doll Mascara, $30, nordstrom.com and Revlon PhotoReady Cream Blush in Coral Reef, $13, soap.com.

Anytime you're flaunting a bright shade on your lips, keep that area the focal point by balancing it out with lighter shades on your eyes and some highlighter on your cheekbones. That way you'll have a vibrant shot of color on your mouth and a more ethereal look to the center of your face.

Will you be using these makeup BFFs this weekend before going out with your bestie?

Five Songs About Race That are Better Than LL Cool J and Brad Paisley's "Accidental Racist"

In case you missed it, Bradley Paisley and LL Cool J have released a new song called "Accidental Racist". The song has Paisley claiming that he is "caught between Southern pride and Southern blame," as he wears a shirt that's got a Confederate flag on it. A clip of the song is hard to find on the Web (probably because of all the backlash), but here are the lyrics. Warning, they will make you cringe.

"I'm just a white man comin' to you from the Southland
Tryin' to understand what it's like not to be
I'm proud of where I'm from but not everything we've done
And it ain't like you and me can rewrite history,"

And then LL Cool J chimes in with a rap...

"Dear Mr. White Man, I wish you understood
What the world is really like when you're livin' in the hood
Just because my pants are saggin' doesn't mean I'm up to no good
You should try to get to know me, I really wish you would
Now my chains are gold but I'm still misunderstood."

LL Cool J and Brad Paisley, we need to talk. Come into our Cosmo corner.

Songs about racism are great. They bring light to the issue and open up dialogue about what so many are uncomfortable to talk about. But this tune is awkward. What it's trying to address (racism) isn't what's the cringe-worthy part. It poses Paisley as a man suffering from white privilege who feels like he isn't really to blame for being racist. It's not my fault! The South raised me this way! You can't get a get out of jail jerk pass just because your upbringing made you an "accidental racist." Plain and simple, this song is dumb, dumb, dumb. On the contrary, there are plenty of songs that address racism and don't suck at all! Below are five songs that tackle the issue perfectly. Brad Paisley and LL Cool J, take note.

"A Wake," Macklemore & Ryan Lewis

"Black or White," Michael Jackson

"Mr. Cab Driver," Lenny Kravitz

"Why Can't We Be Friends," War (Remade by Smash Mouth)

"Heartspark Dollarsign," Everclear

What do you think of LL Cool J and Brad Paisley's new song?

11 Ways to Make Him Better at Oral Sex

Oral often gets bundled along with kissing and stroking as a form of foreplay, but because it’s so intense, you actually need to warm up before he heads south of your border. Since men tend to get aroused faster than women, his instinct will probably be to start pleasuring you within 90 seconds of hitting the sheets, but stave him off by extending the time you spend touching, licking, nibbling, and talking dirty to each other.
