The free CND Shellac services, which consists of a base coat, color, and top coat that is cured in a CND UV Lamp with zero dry time needed, started Saturday, July 21, are available every Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday during the Games. These complimentary services will also be offered at the Paralympics from Aug. 29 to Sept. 9.
