Ariana Grande and The Wanted's Nathan Sykes are Dating

The Victorious actress, former Nickelodion star and Cosmo friend Ariana Grande — last seen being chased with pitchforks by a mob of angry Beliebers after she Instagrammed a shot of herself kissing Justin Bieber — has proved to the world that she's not dating El Beebo. Thank God.

According to Us Weekly, Grande is in a "very, very new" relationship with The Wanted's Nathan Sykes, who "sends her flowers every day." Adorable. (Not to be confused with Lindsay Lohan's former Wanted hookup Max George.)

The two got together after performing a duet for the movie The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones called "Almost Is Never Enough," after which Grande gushed over Sykes' golden pipes:

"Nathan just sang the hell out of it. I thought it was Brian McKnight. I'm like, 'Who is this?' Honestly, I wasn't expecting it. I didn't know he had that in him. I saw him perform live on one of the radio shows that we were at together, and I was like, 'Damn, he can sing.' This song I think will pleasantly surprise a lot of people. It's very beautiful and very emotional and I love, love, love what Nathan did to it. It was a great, great, great surprise."

Yep, talent is the ultimate aphrodisiac. Good luck to those crazy kids.

Ariana Grande Is Our New Favorite Badass

Confession: We've always had a soft spot for Ariana Grande. Maybe it's the totally OTT Crayola red 'do. Maybe it's the glorious mini-Mariah voice, experienced from time to time during the occasional Victorious episode. You know, with a baby sis. (Oh! You did it, too.) Or maybe it's just that she can rock a giant hair bow like none other (more on that in a minute). Whatever it is, we've dug Ms. Grande, though maybe not quite in the same way we've loved our Miley, Demi, and Selena. That is, until Wednesday night, when we waltzed down to Times Square' Best Buy Theater to listen to the lady sneak peek her debut album, Yours Truly, three years in the making and out September 3. Newsflash: Ariana Grande is a baby diva in the best way, and she's about to take over the world.

How do we know this? Well, the fact that her monster single, "The Way," complete with a verse from Mac Miller, has sat atop the charts for weeks straight was a tip-off. (And it just went platinum—go, girl!) But then we experienced hundred of teens, iPhones in hand, wearing the biggest bows they could find on top of their heads, screaming their heads off at N*SYNC/BSB/Britney-levels at the mere sight of her as soon as she hit the stage for her hour-long set. And the screaming never stopped. But it's cool, because—even though our ears are getting older—this is a gal who really deserves the applause. She can really sing. Like, sang. She hit all the high notes on her insta-classic R&B diddies like a baby Whitney. (Who, she told Seventeen, was a major influence on Yours Truly.) In short, she's an adorable pop princess with a big voice and an old soul. Sold!

Just in case you need more convincing, check out her *fingers crossed* next single, "Piano." It's her answer to Sara Bareilles' "Love Song," except she isn't pissed at the guy and sounds like a retro goddess. What's not to love here?

What do you guys think? Are we totally trippin', or are you loving Ariana, too? Tell us in the comments!
