Heather Grahamgasms Last For A Whole Tantalizing Tantric Hour

Undoubtedly, the top celebrity who leaps to mind when you think about tantric sex is Sting, whose rumored nine-hour sex sessions with wife Trudie Styler not only establishes his superior sexual/spiritual connection but begs the question of when they get anything else done — but Heather Graham's into tantra too, and has been since she filmed 2002's The Guru. (Especially funny because she played the opposite of herself on a Portlandia sketch.) I'm glad to see Rollergirl's sex life is better on the reals than it was in Boogie Nights.

She discussed her hobby on Conan in the context of a screenplay she's writing about becoming comfortable with her sexuality after her strict Catholic upbringing — so strict, in fact, that she's estranged from her religious parents, who consider what she does "whoring." Graham explained, via The Frisky: “One thing that’s in my script is that I went to some funny different kinds of female empowerment classes. I went to one where they do little exercises like, ‘Let’s honor your breasts’. So you talk to another woman and you go, ‘I honor your beautiful breasts. They honor me and they honor you.’"

Sounds awkward, Heather. But go on!

"There was this book that we read, it was called, ‘Extended Massive Orgasm,’ and it basically teaches women how to have an orgasm for, like, an hour.”

She's previously mentioned her predilection for tantra in a 2009 interview with The Daily Mail: "You can take a bath, massage your partner, listen to music. The idea is that you let the whole thing build very slowly until finally you merge with your partner. It works for me."

Maybe this is achievable for celebrities who have the net worth to spend a 9-hour session with no clothes on, having a one-hour orgasm, but the rest of us have grocery shopping to do and kids to pick up and cats to feed and other pesky little chores we call "real life." Do you prefer to bang it out quick and dirty? Or does this extended release stuff appeal to you? Frankly, I don't think I have the patience for the whole Kenny-G bubble-bath massage-oil foreplay thing.
