A Peek at the Met's Punk Exhibit

Last night was the big, fancy, majorly star-studded Met Gala (check out all the dresses here!) Celebs aside, the Met Gala is the unveiling of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's (yes, of Gossip Girl lunchtime fame) latest exhibit, "PUNK: Chaos to Couture". Scroll down to check out the badass, punk-inspired gorgeousness that the designers and their lucky celeb guests—including the ultimate modern punk goddess herself, Rooney Mara—took in last night.

Dolce & Gabbana's ball gowns looked like they were paint-balled with neons and metallic florals. Actually, that sounds pretty amazing...

Elizabeth Hurley first wore Gianna Versace's safety pin dress, but Lady Gaga brought it out of the vault last year and took it for a spin (ie to dinner with Donatella).
