<i>Cosmo</i>'s Celeb Style Secrets Video Series: Jessica Biel's Hidden Bangs

If you've ever had bangs, then you know it's a b*tch to style them every single day. And sometimes you don't want to flaunt your fringe at all if you have one. However, it's a tad hard when they're the centerpiece of your style. Until now.

Thanks to Cosmo's latest webisode (watch the first, second, third, and fourth here, here, here, and here), you can now hide your bangs like a pro—with the help of celebrity stylist Adir Abergel and Cosmo's beauty director Leah Wyar—just like Jessica Biel did at the The Cinema Society premiere of Playing For Keeps in NYC.

So what are you waiting for? Watch, listen, learn, copy, and then sport those hidden bangs like the bombshell you are.

Woman Checks Smoke Alarm After Reading <i>Cosmo</i> and Discovers Her Landlord's Hidden Camera

Welcome to Every Woman's Nightmareville.

Dennis Alan Van Dusen, a landlord in Chevy Chase, Maryland, has pled guilty to spying on three of his female tenants having sex with their boyfriends via hidden cameras he'd installed in their smoke detectors. The peeping, which he also copped to recording through a window, went on from 2011 to 2012. He pled guilty to three misdemeanor charges and faces 18 months of jail time. Gross me out.

Unfortunately, as most of us are now aware, there have been many precedents for this kind of crime: from "bathroom cams" (like the kind this pastor installed in his church restrooms) to similar cases of creepy Peeping Tom landlords from Iowa to East Hampton. Moral: Unfortunately, if you're a renter and a lady, you can never be too careful.

Not to give ourselves too much credit here, but we had a part in getting Van Dusen busted. One of his female tenants had read about such a case in Cosmo and was inspired to check the smoke detector, according to HuffPo. Sure enough, she found a small green hard drive inside and reported Van Dusen to the police immediately.

One cause for possible suspicion: Van Dusen charged way below-market rents on his property, under $600, for an upscale Chevy Chase neighborhood whose average rent is around $2,000. So anyone reading this who thinks they've got a real-estate steal... well, maybe you should check your smoke alarm. Just to be safe.

The Hidden Hairstyles of NYFW

We spied some sneaky strand business at New York Fashion Week Fall 2013. Behind some of the sleekest looks were hidden hair, including secret ponytails and mysterious chignons!

At VPL (far left), hairstylist Bob Recine gave the models a deep left side part and then brought their hair over their right shoulder. Then, to keep the hair tight and to the side, Recine put some of the hair into a side ponytail and left a huge front section out of the elastic, hiding it, and allowing the free-flowing pieces to bounce as the girls walked down the catwalk.

At Jason Wu (center), Odile Gilbert created an amazingly sculptured updo by first braiding the lower layers of hair at the nape, and then wrapping the hair from the top half of the models' heads under it to create a chignon. Lastly, she draped the sides of their hair in a criss-cross motion and topped it with a silver-gold barette.

At Catherine Malandrino (right), stylist Didier Malige created sleek, stick-straight hair with a sharp center part. But to give the models' hair that super taut look, Malige pulled the front pieces on both sides of the center part into a secret ponytail that went behind their ears and secured it with an elastic band at the nape of their necks. Um, why haven't we thought of that?!

These are just a few of the chic styles that we saw at New York Fashion Week Fall 2013, but we had to share them with you because of their cool secretive spin.

Will one of these 'dos be your next date-night style?
