Selena Gomez recently stepped out for lunch with a friend wearing cute studded boots, but then swapped them for flip-flops afterward.
Perhaps she's breaking in her new kicks and felt a blister coming on—or, she just couldn't take the 100 degree heat in enclosed shoes (we don't blame you, Selena!).
Regardless of why she pulled the switch, we're definitely a fan of carrying back-up shoes in our handbags, as long as the sandals or flats you're toting along fit inside.
But what do you guys think about carrying a pair of comfy shoes in your bag when you're wearing heels? Is it a must when you're going to be out all night?
