Best-Dressed: 2013 Billboard Music Awards Edition

At last night's Billboard Music Awards, these A-listers definitely stole the show: Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez, Taylor Swift, and Emmy Rossum.

I don't care if I'm the only one who thinks Miley looks amazing in this checkered Balmain crochet and bejeweled jumpsuit, but the girl looks badass and beautiful.

Selena also wowed in a multicolored DayGlo Atelier Versace dress and silver Jimmy Choo shoes.

Never disappointing when it comes to showing a little (okay, a lot of) skin, Jennifer Lopez looked stunning in a gold lame Zuhair Murad dress complete with a plunging neckline, peek-a-boo skirt, and gilded Christian Louboutin shoes.

Taylor Swift, on top of taking home eight trophies, caught our eye looking super regal and way hot in her royal geometric-patterned blue Zuhair Murad sequin mini and Jimmy Choo shoes.

And last but not least, presenter Emmy Rossum also showed up flaunting a Zuhair Murad (obvs, the designer of the night!) number that was black with sheer-covered, polka dot-covered cutouts.

But since we clearly can't decide on our own—okay, we'd give it to Miley if it were up to us—who do you think should take home best-dressed honors?

Cosmo Kama Sutra: Oral Sex Edition

The Faceplant
Have him lie on his back, and kneel over his face. You get to take control of the angle and pressure, while he simply holds his mouth and tongue in place for you. Plus, you can easily make eye contact, and he can caress your breasts, squeeze your ass, etc.

The Sidecar
Lay on your sides facing each other, then scoot down until your face is in front of the motherlode. The nice thing about this position is that you can easily reach around to play with his backdoor. Well, hello there!

Standing 69
Want in on the most adventurous oral sex position of all time? Have him sit on the side of the bed, and lie back, so his feet are flat on the floor. Crawl on top of him into standard 69. As he slowly sits up, place your palms on either side of his thighs and wrap your legs around his head. (At this point you're in sitting 69—which is totally sexy too, btw.) Next, he should wrap his arms around your back and carefully stand, holding you up. It's a good idea for him to turn around, so if you fall, you'll land on the mattress. Grab onto his thighs for support and go at it. Even if you only last a few seconds, it's a serious thrill. One caveat: He has to be strong enough to lift your body weight.

Doggie Goes Oral
This position feels erotically animalistic. Get on all fours, arch your back, and let him crawl up behind you and lick from behind. Tease him by moving your hips away from his mouth occasionally.

Tilt-a-Whirl
Your man should stand a few feet away from a wall and then lean back against it, feet shoulder-width apart. Get on your knees in between his legs and go down on him. He can easily tilt and swirl his pelvis back and forth to customize the stimulation he craves, as well as reach down to move your head however feels best for him. Also play with adjusting your knees to different heights, which will change the sensations on his magic wand: Oral with his penis pointing slightly downward provides the top of his shaft with extra friction, whereas an upward-facing johnson scores more contact on the sensitive frenulum.

Rein Him In
Get into your favorite go-to position for receiving oral, and loop his tie or a scarf around the back of his head. Grab onto either end of the tie, and use it like a pair of reins to hold his head in place or pull slightly to increase the pressure of his tongue.

Cliffhanger
If you're addicted to C-spot stimulation, sit on the edge of the bed and lay back, so your legs are draping over the side. He should kneel on the ground between your legs (you can rest them on his shoulders), with his head aiming directly at your clitoris.

The Spinner
Have him lie on his back, legs parted. Crouch between his legs and begin giving him oral. After a couple of minutes, without removing your mouth from his penis, shift your body so that you're kneeling next to his left hip. Go down on him for a little bit longer from this side position, and then move again—this time, straddling his chest. Finally, move to his right side and treat him from there. He'll feel different sensations with each new angle you move into. Bonus: As you spin around him like the hands of a clock, hang out at 12 o'clock for a while and get some 69 loving.

Yogila-Tease
Lie on your back with him in a downward dog on top of you (his feet next to your head, his mouth aimed at your V-zone). As he gets busy with his tongue, you can reach up and give him a handy.

So-fa, Soooo Good
Have your guy lie horizontally on the couch, so his back and head are resting on the seat, his thighs are leaning against the back cushions, and his calves are hanging over the back. Kneel on the couch, facing away from him, with his head in between your thighs. Bend forward, rest your hands on the back of the couch for support, and get your 69 on.

The Hottest Guys of March Madness 2013:<br />Final Four Edition

moving cross country, finding a great partner... or lobbing off all your hair a la Karlie Kloss). But don't fret: It's not an impossible task. It just takes some thought—and great advice.

"A lot of times people don't like what they're doing in their current job, but they haven't defined what they want to be doing in their potential new job," Nicole Williams, career expert and author of Girl On Top, tells Cosmopolitan.com.

She says nabbing your dream job starts with doing some soul-searching: "I ask people to assess components of their current working life, and match them against the career they are looking to get into."

Try asking yourself these questions...

Time: How many hours do you want to work and in what kind of environment? Big company, small, telecommute, work-from-home flexibility (you know, the kind banned at Yahoo!)

Challenge Level: How important is growth potential and being challenged to you? Are you ambitious and ready to lean in, or just looking for a 9 to 5 to fill your time?

Work Environment: Define your best possible scenario in terms of work relationships. Who are you working with and for? What kind of boss would be ideal? Do you have dreams of becoming a boss?

Passion: How important is passion to you? For example, a woman we know races triathlons and feels like she doesn't need to be passionate about her job; her passion is attached to her sport.

6. Money: How much do you need to make? How much money do you want to make?

Steps To Making A Career Change

Stop Delaying

"The longer you are in the job you are thinking of leaving, the further away you are from new opportunity," says Williams. "It doesn't get any easier. Doing it earlier is emotionally, mentally and professionally better."

Be Willing To Sacrifice Something

You may have to start from the bottom (or the middle) and work your way to the top; Either way, be ready to drop a few rungs on the corporate ladder.

"Internships can be a good idea—or be willing to take a pay cut," says Williams. "If this internship, for example, introduces you to influential people and helps develop a skill-set, you'll be able to take these things to leverage them into a bigger position."

Start Saving

"Have a solid idea of the risk and savings in the bank," advises Williams. Even if it means cutting back on luxuries. "If you know the internship is going to last for six months at a minimum, that's the number you need to have in savings, and I normally advise 10 to 20 percent in savings as a risk buffer."

Network

"People love to talk about themselves," says Williams. "Find them on LinkedIn and through people you know, and consult with them."

Williams suggests asking those in similar fields questions like, "I wonder if you'd speak to me about your day-to-day life; What do you love most about the work that you do; What do you wish you would have known going into this career?"

"Those kind of questions are going to give you the information you need and will help you know the people you are going to need to know," she adds.

Now that you are armed with more than just your resume and a fresh manicure, it's time to start hitting the pavement. Happy hunting, gals.

Dare to Wear: Vampy Lip Edition

The purple verging on black glossy lip color at the Fall 2013 Veronique Branquinho show during Paris Fashion Week is seriously vampy and has us feeling '90s nostalgia. But trust us, it's surprisingly wearable. You just need to pair it with the right makeup on the rest of your face.

Inge Grognard, the lead makeup artist working with MAC Cosmetics, called the overall look at the Veronique show "sophisticated, yet punctuated with a clean, fresh, purple lip—it's just gorgeous." And that it is.

But to make your look mimic the work of Grognard's, you have to follow his rules: Go easy on the eye makeup and pair this dark-as-night purple lip shade with a flawless foundation application.

So, are you daring enough to try this look? (Don't worry, it's totally cool to get a jumpstart on this Fall trend, especially since the weather is still chilly and Spring colors haven't quite kicked into high gear just yet.)

Here's how to recreate this strong pout, if you're into it:

1. Use MAC's PRO Chromagraphic Pencil in Rich Purple to lightly line and fill in your lips.

2. Top the liner with MAC Ruby Woo Lipstick using MAC's 213 Fluff Brush.

3. Apply MAC's Clear Lipglass for a glossy finish.

Let us know what you think of this look and if you were brave enough to rock this intense lip shade.
